Uploading a bank statement

Open Bookkeeping → Bank Statement, pick the company, then upload the PDF or CSV. Every line is read and matched where possible. Lines it does not recognise stay blank until you pick the account — they are never guessed.

Adding your own matching rules

On any uncategorised statement line, choose the account, then tick "remember this match". The next upload categorises similar lines automatically. Your own rules always take precedence over the built-in ones.

Chart of accounts and adding your own

Bookkeeping → Chart of Accounts lists every account with its balance. Use "+ New account" to add your own. The group must match the type — an asset in a liability group prints on the wrong side of the balance sheet. System accounts such as Bank cannot be deleted because the ledger posts into them directly.

Issuing a sales invoice

Bookkeeping → Sales Invoice. Pick the customer, add lines from the Products & Services catalogue, and price, tax, unit and the LHDN e-Invoice code come with them. A draft invoice is not issued and does not count as a sale on any report.

Building Calculator and the start date

Enter the figures from the Letter of Offer. THE START DATE IS REQUIRED: without it the system cannot tell which financial year carries the depreciation, and the building does NOT reach the Balance Sheet. The Balance Check names any building that was left out.

Related Party note

Tick a customer or supplier as a related party on their form. Their invoices then feed the Related Party note. Purchases and services are NOT pulled automatically: there is no purchase ledger, and a zero there would be a claim that no transaction happened.

Running monthly payroll

Payroll → Employees to register staff, then Payroll → Run for that month. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB are computed from the current tables. Verify the deductions against the official PERKESO calculator before your first real run.

Attendance with GPS location

Press Clock in and Clock out on the Time screen. The browser asks for location permission — without it the time is still recorded but the location is not. If a client site area has been set, the system compares the distance and flags records outside it.

Financial reports

Report gives Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and General Ledger. All four are built from the same double entries, so the Trial Balance must balance. If it does not, that is a bug and not your data.

Changing your password
